Refund policy
TERMS OF SALE
By purchasing a product, regardless of brand, through XIDAR, including through XIDAR’s website or any other XIDAR platform or venue, online or in-person, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following conditions and terms of sale:

That you have been advised of all risk involved in the operation of the XIDAR electric vehicles, which could include bodily injury or death if operated in a manner not intended by XIDAR.

To release XIDAR LLC and any of its representatives of any and all civil liability for any and all losses, accidents, or injuries involved with the use of an XIDAR electric vehicle, to any and all operators under your control of said XIDAR electric vehicle.

That any XIDAR electric vehicle can only be returned to XIDAR, at your full expense, within 30 days of the transaction as long as it has not been used and remains in a new, unused condition as described below in the “Return Policy”. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee upon approval by XIDAR.

That all XIDAR sales are final once the XIDAR electric vehicle has been used or operated (or physically warn regardless of usage).

That you have no option of any charge backs onto XIDAR made through your credit card, debit card, electronic/digital money transferring tool (i.e., PayPal, Venmo, etc.).

That you or a representative of you submits a chargeback against XIDAR, XIDAR has the right to pursue you for any and all damages that are a result of a chargeback, including all legal fees and court costs associated with the civil proceeding(s) in XIDAR’s local jurisdiction(s).
RETURNS
You may return a purchased item within 30 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging in an un-opened physical state. You must obtain a Return Authorization from us prior to shipping any equipment back. To request a form, please email contact@goxidar.com.
You will be responsible for getting the item returned to XIDAR, including paying for your own full shipping costs for returning your item, plus a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price. If you receive a refund, the 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Some orders have a handling fee; this fee is non-refundable. Any and all shipping charges from the purchase are non-refundable.
XIDAR will ask that you provide the tracking information for the return shipment. Due to the dollar value of XIDAR products, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance for adequate financial protection. XIDAR assumes no responsibility for the item during the return process. XIDAR does not guarantee that XIDAR will receive your returned item. While returning an item, XIDAR considers it still in your possession until it is delivered to XIDAR.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, XIDAR cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If your item is not in new condition and is not in the original packaging, XIDAR cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If your order arrives via freight, please verify all items are present before you accept the delivery. If the equipment arrives damaged or has missing items, notify the freight company on the spot before signing for the delivery. Request the freight company take notes, pictures, etc. All equipment leaves our warehouses in new, unused condition unless otherwise noted. If there are no damages or shortages noted at the accepted delivery, XIDAR cannot offer refunds or replacements.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, items will be evaluated to ensure new condition before the refund is processed. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-14 business days and will show in your bank account on the original transaction date, minus the 25% restocking fee. If not approved, you will be notified by XIDAR of this conclusion. If you wish to have the item returned back to you, it will be done so at your own expense. Once the product leaves XIDAR’s possession at the time of departure from XIDAR, the product again is considered to be in your possession.
Exchanges (if applicable)
XIDAR may replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. You will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Cancellations
XIDAR will try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, XIDAR cannot cancel the order.
Listings by XIDAR or through XIDAR that are noted as “Blemished” or “Used” items (or any other verbiage that signifies and declares a product in an “other than new” condition) are not eligible for return or warranty claims through/to XIDAR.
